PGRA PLANNING OBJECTIONS

This page contains documents you can download to help you comment on local planning applications.

The documents are the objections submitted by PGRA based on permitted and valid objections to a planning applications.

Anyone can comment on applications and every person in a household can register and comment.

If you wish to object then please do so because lots of individual objections from local residents will hold more weight than just a single objection from the Residents' Association.

In order to object go to the Hertsmere Planning Portal at https://www.hertsmere.gov.uk/planning-building-control/planning-applications/search-and-comment-on-planning-applications and then click on the search and comment section, type in the application number into the box and then register your objections.

Email your objections quoting the Planning Reference to consult.planning@hertsmere.gov.uk 

If you have any issues then contact a member of the committee who may be able to assist.

Please also note that APC hold planning meetings every 2 weeks. The agenda is published here

.Any local resident can attend to listen to the APC Planning Committee meeting.  If a resident wants to make any comments at the meeting on any application then they will be given an opportunity to do so at the start of the meeting.
